I have had previous experience Counselling in addiction recovery services, working with online mental health counselling services, volunteering in different mental health charities, and also safeguarding and pastoral support in schools/colleges both FE and HE institutions. I gained experience supporting individuals via text based services, phone call, video, and in person.
